Meet The Chef
Jorge Abarca has been a Houston native for over 25 years. His passion for food began at an early age in the kitchen of his Grandmother's house in Mexico. He and his Grandmother took trips to the market on a weekly basis, during which he learned the importance of choosing fresh ingredients - it is the corner stone to great food. A self taught, driven Chef who has excelled in the industry at all levels, Jorge has been trained and worked along side some of the trend setters in the Houston culinary scene, such as French Master Chef Philippe Schmit, Bryan Caswell and Ryan Lachaine. Chef Jorge's extensive culinary expierence and background brings an insurmountable level of knowledge and expertise to your table.
